Description

The proposed plan consists of a 11-storey residential mixed use mid-rise, with retail at grade. A total of 21,949 square metres residential GFA and 447 square metres non-residential retail GFA are proposed, along with 2 below grade parking levels. The revised plan includes 319 residential units from floors 2-11 with a mechanical penthouse level with indoor and outdoor amenity. The below-grade level includes 172 residential stalls, 1 car share stall, 17 retail/visitor stalls and 2 pick-up and drop-off spaces at grade. 220 long-term bicycle spaces are located in the below grade and 23 short term spaces at grade.
