Description
The application seeks to redevelop the property by demolishing the existing 2.5-storey residential building and constructing a new nine-storey mixed use building containing 58 purpose-built rental units and 7 affordable rental replacement dwelling rooms, 83 m2 of ground floor commercial space, 9 surface car parking spaces, and 71 bike parking spaces.
