Description
The purpose of this application is to amend the City of Toronto Zoning By-law 569-2013 to permit a 4-storey apartment building containing 12 dwelling units in the rear of the site at 100-104 Beverley Street. The site contains an existing 3-storey apartment building containing 9 dwelling units, which will be retained. The proposal seeks to permit a second apartment building for a total of 21 dwelling units on the site.
