Description
Zoning By-law Amendment to permit 4-storey residential apartment building with a height of 12.3 meters (excluding penthouse).The proposal would have a total of 2,355.5 square metres of new residential space, resulting in a density of 2.34 floor space index (FSI). Through the proposed development, 34 residential units will be added to the site. The proposal would contain a total of 7 vehicular surface parking spaces and 38 bicycle parking spaces in the basement of the proposed apartment building.
