Description
This application proposes to amend the Zoning By-law to permit the development of three residential apartment buildings and a public park at the southern portion of the site. Building A consists of a 14-storey tall building, Building B consists of two 22-storey towers with an 8-storey podium, and Building C consists of one 22-storey tower with a 9-storey podium. A total of 1,095 residential units are proposed with 868 vehicular parking spaces, and 822 bicycle parking spaces. The development would have a total Gross Floor Area of 84,091.9 square metres and a Floor Space Index of 5.5. The existing apartment building on the site is proposed to be demolished.
