Description
Proposed Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning application to construct a 39-storey mixed-use building with 490 residential units, 71 parking spaces (62 residential and 9 visitor), 558 bicycle parking spaces, two retail units at-grade, and a Privately Owned Pubilically Accessible Space POPS. The existing 14 rental units are also to be replaced.
