Description
Zoning By-law Amendment Application for two towers of 39- and 36-storeys, including a 6-storey podium with commercial at grade. The proposal will have approximately 52,599 square metres of gross floor area, comprised of approximately 1,006 square metres of non-residential space at and approximately 51,593 square metres of residential gross floor area, with 873 residential units.The lands comprised of 350 Campbell Avenue are designated Core Employment Areas in the Toronto Official Plan which is awaiting ministerial approval to permit residential parking through OPA 653 (SASP 839).
