Description
Rezoning application for both the North and South Blocks. On the North Block, it proposes a 8 storey podium with towers above rising to a total of 13 storeys at the southerly edge and 26 storeys to the north. For the South Block, a eight storey podium is proposed with two towers rising to 13 storeys on the southern edge and 23 storeys on the northern edge. The proposal will include a total of 951 residential dwelling units and a total gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 69,558 square metres, including 69,958 square metres of residential GFA and 2,971 square metres of at grade retail GFA fronting onto Victoria Park Avenue. There is underground parking and Type G, C and B spaces with access at the rear of the buildings, along with a new public park of 1,225 square meters proposed on the south end of the south block.
