Description

Revised proposal to retain the existing 13-storey residential building on site and to develop three new buildings with heights of 12, 9, and 10 storeys respectively . 484 residential units are proposed with a total of 38, 061 sq/m of gross-floor-area (GFA) which includes 328 sq/m of non-residential GFA. A total of 438 vehicle parking spaces and 482 bicycle parking spaces are proposed with full movement access from Markland Drive and right-in-right-out access from Bloor Street West. The proposal also includes 1591 sq/m parkland dedication at the northeast corner of the site connecting to Millwood Park to the immediate east, in addition to 1553 sq/m of connected privately owned public space (POPS) proposed along the south side of Silverthorne Bush Drive.
