Description
The revised proposal is to construct a 32-storey and 28-storey mixed use buildings (705 units) with a shared 8-storey podium and 4-storey streetwall. The total gross floor area is 54,512 sq.m. (7.25 FSI). The residential gross floor area is 51,935 sq.m. and the non-residential gross floor area (4 retail units) is 1221 sq.m. Proposal will provide 373 parking spaces and 551 bicycle parking spaces with a driveway access off of Burbank and Sheppard Ave E.
