Description
The application proposes to amend Zoning By-law 569-2013 at 632-652 Northcliffe Boulevard to permit a residential building 129 metres in height (38-storeys including mechanical penthouse), with a maximum of 30,250 square metres of gross floor area and 11 rental replacement housing units. A related Rental Housing Demolition and Conversion application (22 218880 STE 12 RH) under Section 111 of the City of Toronto Act, 2006 (Chapter 667 of the Municipal Code) has been submitted to permit the demolition.
