Description
Site Plan Control application to construct a 47-storey tower with a 6-storey prodium containing 66 parking spaces in two levels of below grade parking, 619 dwelling units and a total gross floor area of 41,195.99 square metres, including 481 square metres of community space. The proposal will retain in-situ the on-site heritage building and provide 151 square metres of privately-owned, publicly accessible open space.
