Description
The proposed development consists of a 16-storey mixed-use building, which will have a total height of 50.6 metres to the top of the roof and 56.6 metres to the top of the mechanical penthouse. The building will be comprised of approximately 578 square metres of ground floor retail space, and will contain 213 residential units, including grade-related townhouse units along the Strachan Avenue frontage. The proposed gross floor area will be approximately 14,441 square metres, resulting in a density of 9.33 FSI. A Zoning By-law Amendment application (22 201229 STE 10 OZ) is being concurrently reviewed with this site plan application.
