Description

The proposal involves the intensification of the subject site, which is currently developed with a 14-storey office building, with a 50-storey mixed-use building with a height of 158.85 metres (166.85 metres to the top of the mechanical penthouse), comprised of a 4-storey office/retail base building and a 46-storey residential tower above. The proposed building contains a total gross floor area of approximately 49,089.18 square metres, including 42,415.39 square metres of residential GFA, 6,106.18 square metres of office GFA and 567.61 square metres of retail GFA, resulting in an overall density of 15.66 FSI. A total of 629 purpose-built rental residential dwelling units are proposed.
