Description

Sept 2025- Revised submission is 37 and 10 storeys. Original submission: Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment for a mixed-use building composed of two towers rising to 35 and 18 storeys with a total gross floor area (GFA) of 39,699 square metres and density (FSI) of 6.28 times the area of the lot. The proposed development includes 594 residential dwelling units and 665 square metres of commercial space at-grade along Lake Shore Boulevard West, fronting onto a pedestrian plaza.
