INACTIVE - Proposed development consists of a new 50-storey (155.8 metres) mixed-use building with a 6-storey podium, containing 427 residential units, a residential Gross Floor Area of 30,630 square metres, and a non-residential Gross Floor Area of 239 square metres. The building will have a Floor Space Index of 27.27 times the area of the lot. A total of 34 vehicular parking spaces and 391 bicycle parking spaces will be provided.
