Description

Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a muti-tower mixed use building, 58 - storeys, with a connecting bridge element. The development would have a total Gross Floor Area of 93,096.6 quare metres, of which 68,786.4 square metres is proposed for residential uses, 23,005 square metres as office space, and 1,305.2 square metres for retail uses. A total of 1,035 residential units are proposed with an overall density of 17.16 FSI. The applicant is proposing consolidation of office gross floor area at this site, from nearby sites.
