Description
This application is for a 12-storey mixed use building with rear courtyard and ground floor units. In total, the project with have a gross floor area of 29,377 sq.m. and will contain 340 residential units and 794 sq.m. of commercial space. There will be one level of below grade parking with 97 vehicle parking spaces and 318 bicycle parking spaces. There will also be additional 34 bike parking spaces on the ground floor.
