Description

The developer intends to develop the subject lands with a 17-storey, 57 meter mixed-use building consisting of 237 units in 16,546 square meters of residential floor area and 3,095 square meters of non-residential floor area. A total of 613 square meters of indoor amenity area and 943 square meters of outdoor amenity area is proposed. A concurrent OZ application has been received and circulated to facilitate this proposal.
