Description
Site Plan Approval application to permit 5 towers(up to 15 storey) consisting of 3 towers along Finch West and two towers along a new public street connecting to Tangiers Road. Mainly residential, with retail at grade. Office use on the tower along Tangiers Road. The proposal includes a total of 803 residential units, 52824.9 sq.m residential area and 13,877.4sqm of non-residential area. The proposed development has a combined Gross Floor Area of 66702.3sqm and a Floor Space Index of 4.03. A 3 level shared underground parking structure would provide a total of 553 parking spaces.
