Description
Site Plan application for the approval of a 48-storey non-residential building (218.55 metres), inclusive of a 6-storey podium, having a gross floor area of 114,586 square metres. A total of 368 vehicle parking spaces and a total of 542 bicycle parking spaces are proposed. Vehicle access is proposed via a private driveway with access on the new Broadview Avenue and New Street E. Access to the underground parking is proposed from New Street E. The application includes a proposed 1000 sqm Privately Owned Publically accessible Space (POPS) along Broadview Avenue.This is Building 1B located in the north west quadrant adjacent to the furutre East Harbour Transit Hub. The East Harbour site is the subject of a Ministerial Zoning Order permitting 1,228,000 sq m of development, including 926,000 sq m of commercial development and 302,000 sq m of residential and is also subject to site specific zoning by-laws 1280-2018 and 1281-2018. This application is related to the subdivision application 16 270078 STE 30 SB which is currently under review by staff.
