Description
Zoning By-law & Official Plan Amendment application to facilitate the redevelopment of the site for a 6-storey (19.9 metres plus 3.5 metre mechanical penthouse) residential building having a gross floor area of 5,756 square metres, and containing 86 residential dwelling units.
