Description
Site Plan Application to permit Phase 2 of development for a new office building at 53 Fraser Avenue and 8-42 Pardee Avenue on the eastern portion of the property facing Pardee Avenue. The proposal includes conserving the existing heritage building at 8 Pardee Avenue and adding a new 11-storey office building with a total non-residential gross floor area of 18,029 m2 and retail use of 551 m2. Phase 1 will include bicycle and loading spaces that will be shared with the development in Phase 2.A Rezoning Application (21 160624 STE 10 OZ) for the phased redevelopment of two office buildings is under review. Two separate site plan applications have been submitted for review as the development is a phased project. A concurrent site plan application is under review for Phase 1 (21 250 999 STE 10 SA) to permit a new 10-storey office building along Fraser Avenue.
