Description

Site Plan Application to permit a new office building at 39-49 Fraser Avenue on the western portion of the property facing Fraser Avenue. The proposal includes conserving the existing heritage buildings on Fraser Avenue and adding office floors above, to a total height of 10 storeys with a non-residential gross floor area of 14,268 m2.A Rezoning Application (21 160624 STE 10 OZ) for the phased redevelopment of two office buildings is under review. Two separate site plan applications have been submitted for review as the development is a phased project. Phase 1 will include bicycle and loading spaces that will be shared with the development in Phase 2. A concurrent site plan application is under review for Phase 2(21 251000 STE 10 SA) to permit a new 11-storey office building along Pardee Avenue.
