Description

Site Plan Approval for a hotel development comprised of two towers, one fronting Spadina Avenue (14 storeys - 41.45 metres including the mechanical penthouse) and the other fronting Cameron Street (19 storeys - 57 metres including the mechanical penthouse), connected by a two-storey base building.
