Description
Site Plan Approval for Block 1, a mixed-use development consisting of Buildings A & B. Building A is a 6-storey rental building with retail space at-grade. Building B is a 24-storey rental building. Together, Buildings A & B will have a non-residential gross floor area of 576.2 square metres and a residential gross floor area of 28,307.4 metres. A total of 441 residential dwelling units are proposed. This application is being reviewed concurrently with the site plan application for Block 2 (see 21 250249 ESC 20 SA).
