Description
Site Plan Approval for Block 2, consisting of 'Building C'. Building C is a 23-storey building with a total gross floor area of 17,299.4 square metres. A total of 240 residential dwelling units are proposed. This application is being reviewed concurrently with the site plan application for Block 1 (see 21 250282 ESC 20 SA).
