Description
The proposed development contemplates a 7-storey (25.1 metres) mixed-use building with a total of 2807 square metres of residential GFA and 125 square metres of commercial GFA at grade. 30 residential units are proposed, ranging in size from 1-bedroom units to 3-bedroom units. Separate entrances for the residential and commercial components are included in the front façade. Indoor amenity space is proposed on the 7th storey adjacent to outdoor amenity space.A road widening of 3.5 m is proposed along Danforth Avenue and a road widening of 1.17 m is proposed on the rear laneway. Access to parking is from the rear laneway. A total of 21 parking spaces are proposed, including 18 spaces for residents within a parking stacker system, and 3 spaces for visitors a grade, one of which will be an accessible space. 22 bicycle parking spaces are provided.
