Description

Proposed 51-storey mixed-use tower containing 674 residential units, 42,636.9m2 of residential gross floor area (GFA), and 600m2 of non-residential GFA. The proposal also consists of a 4-level parking garage with 181 residential parking stalls, 37 shared residential visitor and commercial parking stalls, and 4 car-share spaces. A total of 458 long-term and 48 short-term bicycle parking spaces are also proposed.
