Description
Block A contemplates a dedicated commercial development that maintains the heritage component of the existing building. An additional 2 storeys is proposed to the portion of the building adjacent to the hexagon building. The hexagon building will be maintained and restored as outlined in the Heritage report provided. Parking availability to serve the Block A commercial site users will be provided on the P1 level of Block B and is proposed to be shared with the Residential Visitor requirements for Block B.
