Description
Zoning By-law Amendment application to facilitate the development of the site for a 35-storey mixed-use building, inclusive of a 6-storey podium element. The proposed non-residential gross floor area is 1091 square metres, and the proposed residential gross floor area is 27,557 square metres. A total of 372 purpose built rental units are proposed.
