Description
The proposal seeks to redevelop the western portion of the site with a 22 storey tower with a 5-storey base. The total building height of would be 69.15 metres, excluding the mechanical penthouse. The proposed new building would contain 232 new rental dwelling units. The existing 16-storey rental apartment building is to be retained.The proposed building's total gross floor area is 17,803 square metres with a total Floor Space Index (including the Existing Building) of 3.70 times the area of the lot.
