Description
5 and 43 Junction Road The revised application seeks approval for the redevelopment of 5 and 43 Junction Road, proposing the construction of six residential towers with heights ranging from 15 to 35 storeys. These towers will feature mid-rise podiums that accommodate residential, commercial, and office spaces. The total gross floor area (GFA) of the site will be 135,767.76 square meters, comprising 126,453.36 square meters of residential GFA and 9,314.40 square meters of non-residential GFA. The development will include 1,882 housing units, offering a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units. Additionally, a 0.32-hectare park will be created, which includes 1,871.1 square meters of parkland dedication and 1,182.5 square meters of landscaped open space. This park will feature a landscaped and integrated rail berm that serves both as community rail protection and a park amenity.
