Description
Site Plan Control application at 150 Dunn Avenue. The proposal includes a 4-storey apartment building with 51 bachelor units (supportive housing) and staff offices, tenant support, kitchen, dining, lounge, laundry, and waste storage rooms. The site plan also proposes new outdoor amenity space, landscaping, and an ancillary structure for bicycle parking and bulky waste storage. The building is proposed to be located along the Dunn Avenue frontage of the site, south of the existing EW Bickle Centre. Minister's Zoning Order (MZO) O. Reg. 774/21 was made in November 2021
