Description
City-initiated Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments to apply appropriate land use and zoning permissions to newly created landform south of the Ashbridges Bay Treatment Plant consistent with approved Environmental Assessment. Newly created lands will accommodate public utility infrastructure that will increase water quality and enhance shoreline stabilization and create additional park land and public access along the shoreline south of the plant.
