Description
ZBA application 21 169458 NNY 15 OZ (for 124 Broadway Ave) and ZBA application 21 234009 NNY 15 OZ (for 136 Broadway Ave) have been submitted to permit a development containing two towers atop a shared podium. Each property will contain one tower and the shared podium will span across the two sites. Shared vehicular access will be provided on the east side of 136 Broadway Avenue. The tower at 124 Broadway Ave is proposed to be 36 storeys tall (114.45m + 6m MPH). The tower at 136 Broadway Ave is proposed to be 30 storeys (96.6m + 6m MPH). The existing 86 rental units on 124 Broadway and 39 rental units on 136 Broadway will be replaced within the tower at 136 Broadway Avenue. In addition, the applicant agreed to provide 50 net new affordable rental units in the building at 136 Broadway Avenue.
