Description
Zoning By Law Amendment Application to permit the proposal for a 14-storey mixed-use building that includes two levels of below-grade parking with a total of 209 parking spaces. The redevelopment proposes 352 dwelling units and a total of 659 square metres of indoor amenity space and 688 square metres of outdoor amenity space. The redevelopment proposes 28,646 square metres of residential gross floor area and 246 square metres of non-residential gross floor area, for a total of 28,892 square metres resulting in a floor space index (FSI) of 5.6 times the area of the lot.
