Description
This is a Site Plan Amendment application is proposing to amend the previously approved 50,171.7 square metre distribution facility (18 124927 WET 05 SA). The proposed amendments include an additional 2,493.3 square metres of GFA to the north end of the building, revising the underground parking from two levels (236 spaces) to one level (228 spaces), and some landscaping changes as a result of the expansion.
