Description

Proposal to construct a two-storey community centre, 'Western North York Community Centre', adjacent to St. Basil-the-Great College Secondary School. The proposed community centre will be 7515 square metres and will include an arena, aquatic centre, double gym, multi-purpose rooms, and a child care centre. A surface parking lot including 119 parking spots will be provided for the proposed community centre with shared access with the adjacent school off of Starview Lane.
