Description
Site Plan Control Application to permit the construction of an 14-storey mixed used building with a total of 77 proposed residential units and proposed ground level commercial space of 400 square metres. The proposed gross floor area of the building would be 14,662 square metres with a proposed FSI of 7.95. Parking would be provided in a 3-level underground parking structure containing 106 parking spaces.The Zoning By-law Amendment application was appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal (Case number OLT-21-001055) and all parties agreed to a settlement in the spring of 2022 (April/May). A Settlement Report went to City Council on July 19, 2022 and Zoning By-law 1248-2022 was the outcome of the settlement discussions. A Section 37/Section 111 Agreement was registered in December 2022.
