Description

Proposal for a 5-storey self-storage facility on the west side of the subject site, consisting of 11,609 square metres of gross floor area. The proposal includes a total of 16 parking spaces, including 1 barrier-free parking space. The existing Home Depot store remains on the site. The self-storage facility portion of the lands are proposed to be severed from the existing Home Depot portion of the lands. Mutual access and servicing easements will be in place accordingly.
