***This file needs to be closed. Unable to do that in IBMS as it keeps giving me an error code. The OPA has been approved by Council and the bill has been enacted. - Hiba Hussain March 30/2022.This Official Plan Amendment will redesignate the existing TPA lot from Neighbourhoods designation to Parks and Open space. As part of the approval of the development occurring on adjacent properities, City Council provided direction to Staff to undertake the process to redesignated the TPA lands to Parks and Open Space. This OPA includes lands located at 565 and 567 Duplex Avenue. This OPA has the support of Toronto Parking Authority and Parks Department.
