Description
A Site Plan application to facilitate the development of the site for 45-storey and 32-storey mixed-use towers atop a 6-storey podium. A total of 23,670square metres of non-residential gross floor area, and 53,099 square metres of residential gross floor area with 653 residential dwelling units are proposed. Zoning was approved via MZO O. Reg. 594/20 on October 22, 2020.
