Description

Site Plan application to permit an 11 storey mixed use building with 168 residential units and a total gross floor area of 10,765 m². Vehicular access to the site will be provided by a single driveway via Sheppard Avenue East. The proposed development will provide a total of 101 parking spaces located in a two-level underground garage. A total of 177 bicycle parking spaces are proposed, including 157 long term bicycle parking spaces and 20 short term bicycle parking spaces.
