Description
Draft Plan of Subdivision application to create the division of the Site into 10 new blocks, including two mixed-use blocks, three office/employment blocks, one apartment block, one park block, one future development block, one Settlers Road widening block and one corner rounding block. The Application would also create the development of a new east-west road on a phased basis, a new north-south road, and the east-west extension of Settlers Road to Victoria Park Avenue.
