Description
Mixed-use development proposed within a new plan of subdivision. This portion of the development will comprise of new municipal roads, a public park (Block J), a rail berm (Block K) and 6 development blocks (C,D,E,F,G and I) with mixed-use buildings with 6-8 storey podiums and towers ranging in height from 31 to 58 storeys.
