Description

To permit a mixed-use development on the Lands, in conformity with the Official Plan designation. The proposal will be completed in two phases with a 46-storey residential tower (Tower 1) located on the eastern portion of the Lands and a 35-storey residential tower (Tower 2) located on the western portion. An eleven storey base building with retail and daycare uses at grade along The Queensway, and with below grade parking, occupies the entire site. The base building will be connected to the towers with a 4-storey building on both east and west sides of the property. Submission to the first decision status seen in our daily loads (measured from launch). Approval and refusal rates are among applications with a recorded decision.

Large and complex applications attract both lobbying and longer reviews, and matching cannot remove every difference between applications, so a difference does not show that lobbying changed how an application was reviewed.

Lobbyists choose whom to contact, so a difference does not show a change of mind.
