Description
March 2022 key revisions: increase in height from 30 storeys to 41 storeys; increase in units count to 446; tower setback 0.0 m on west side; and approximately 5000 sq ft community agency space proposed on ground floor and second floor. Original submission: Proposal for a 30-storey tower (106.53 metres to the top of the mechanical penthouse) inclusive of a 4-storey podium along the Eglinton Avenue West frontage, which steps down to 1 storey along the Vaughan Road frontage at the rear of the Site. A total of 22,175 square metres of residential gross floor area and 455 square metres of non-residential gross floor area are proposed. A total of 284 residential dwelling units are proposed on the lot.
