Description
INACTIVE November 2022 Revised Submission - Official Plan Amendment (OPA), Rezoning and Site Plan applications to facilitate redevelopment of the subject lands with a 11-storey mixed-use building with commercial uses on the ground floor and 145 residential units above. The existing building would be demolished. The revised proposal would have a total gross floor area of 10,910 square metres and a total floor space index of 4.56 times the area of the lot. The building will comprise of 10,382 square metres of residential uses and 528 square metres of retail/commercial uses. 112 vehicular (including 5 retail spaces) and 113 bicycle parking spaces are proposed.
