Description
Revised Zoning By-law amendment to permit a mixed-use development with residential and retail uses. An on-site park of 500 square metres is proposed. A single building having a height of 59 storeys is proposed. Overall 954 dwelling units are proposed including 77 affordable units. A total of 318 vehicle parking spaces and 955 bicycle parking spaces are proposed.
